1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the customer is referred to as ‘the hirer’.
  2. Your booking is only regarded as confirmed and secured upon receipt of cleared funds as deposit.
  3.  A non refundable deposit of 50% is required.
  4.  The balance for your booking must be paid, in full, at least one calendar month before the date of the event.
  5. Late payments will attract an additional charge of further 10% of the quote per week or part of.
  6. The company, require immediate notification of cancellation of the event.
  7. No service will be provided unless cleared funds have been received in full.
  8. Should cancellation occur within one month of the event, 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.
  9. Written notice must be provided by recorded delivery one month prior to the event for cancellation, no voice messages or texts will be accepted.
  10. In the unforeseen event of an accident, breakdown, puncture, traffic jam or severe weather, the company accepts no liability, nor responsibility for the consequences of such an occurrence.
  11. The company will however undertake whatever measures are necessary to complete the hiring, which may, at the company’s discretion, include providing an alternative vehicle.
  12. Our cars are cleaned shortly before arrival. However, the company can accept no liability, nor responsibility for clothing becoming dirtied or damaged. This is particularly relevant during times of inclement weather.
  13. Our drivers will not exceed the speed limits nor carry more than four passengers
  14. The Company cannot guarantee to be able to collect or set down at the required point especially where parking restrictions apply
  15. The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the company’s vehicle(s) however caused by the hirer, or the hirer’s guests.
  16. Should the vehicle require valeting due to sickness in the vehicle by the hirer or his guests the hirer will be liable for the full cost.

Policies

The company's vehicles are designated NON SMOKING and any infringement of this policy may result in immediate termination of the hire and no refund will be given. This policy is strictly enforced for the comfort of our other hirers

The consumption of food, drink or drugs of any nature is not permitted in the vehicle

Persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor will not be permitted in the vehicle
under any circumstances

Any Disorderly conduct by the Hirer or their party will terminate this contract with no compensation to the Hirer.

Violation of the terms and conditions will terminate this contract with no compensation to the Hirer.

Personal possessions left in the vehicle are at the hirer's own risk; No responsibility will be accepted by the company for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Any overrun of contracted time must be paid for in cash to the driver (Full hours only at £50 per hour).
 
The company reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
